About Parent Payments

Schools provide students with free instruction to fulfil the standard curriculum requirements and we want to assure you that all contributions are voluntary. Nevertheless, the ongoing support of our families ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students. We want to thank you for all your support, whether it is through financial contributions, fundraising, or volunteering your time at school. This makes a huge difference to our school and the programs we can offer.

The school relies upon voluntary parent financial contributions to meet the difference between funds from the Department of Education and our budgeted expenditure each year. Parent Contributions and local fundraising also allow us to fully fund the maintenance of, and improvements to, buildings and grounds

Parent Contributions will appear in your Compass portal after the start of each school year. If you able to contribute, you can do this anytime throughout the year. Flexible payment options are available,

Student Wellbeing

School TV bridges the gap between schools, families and students.

It’s never been more challenging for parents to raise happy, healthy and resilient children. The SchoolTV platform provides parents with an extensive range of wellbeing resources, so they can work together in partnership with schools to ensure better wellbeing for all students.

How do your contributions help our school?

Classroom Resources

We source supporting materials to deliver our core subjects and elective subjects to the highest standards.

From prep to Year 10 we provide class sets of text books. We also provide access to IT devices whether it be ipads for younger years or laptop computers.

Elective subjects

Parent Payments allow us to deliver a wider range of elective subjects to our students. Vital support also gives students access to everything they need to extend their experience, be inspired to learn new skills and explore new experiences.

Camps & Excursions

We run a number of local camps and excursions throughout the year that provide our students with a chance to get outside of their comfort zone, work together as a team and challenge themselves.

We love to explore our wonderous coastline, whether it is hiking the Great Ocean Walk or exploring the Otways iconic Redwoods.

Bulk Stationery supplies

We supply basic stationery to all our students. We find by doing this it reduces wastage and means supplies are always at hand so students can concentrate on the task at hand. We believe buying in bulk keeps costs low and takes one job off your to-do list!

Planning ahead

We have a number of camps that we run each year. Our Parent Contributions guide outlines the major camps from Year 2 to Year 10. In VCE, students will only have camps if they choose subjects such as Outdoor Education. See our guide below for estimated costs associated with each year level.
